December 2005:The
Central Heating in the Cortijo La Zarza is already available, shortly
it will be i also available in the rural house "El Nogal". Also
the electrical system is being adapted hiding the laying to improve the
views and the environmental quality. In addition the entrances to the
complex and the different cortijos are being signalized.

2005: the new prices
for the year 2006 are already available
YEAR 2004
September 2004:
We have opened the
office of EL NOGAL RURAL S.L.L. located in the center of Guadalcanal in
the street: Antonio Porras, 22. The office mixed two activities: turism
and real activity en the North Mountain of Seville . You can also visit

April 2004: The new track of entrance to the rural
houses is already finished.
March
2004: We are
renovating furnitures of lounges, gymnasium and kitchens.The railing of
the terrace of La Zarza begins to put itself.
YEAR 2002 AND 2003
September 2002: Next
works of rehabilitation and preparation to increase the capacity of people
and to improve the rating of the rural houses with different facilities
like: gymnasium, tennis court, etc., also the construction of a new totally
independent house.
December2002:
With the conclusion of works to improve the road
of union between Guadalcanal and Extremadura, we will have to make the
adaptation of the new access to the rural houses by a private track.
January 2003:
Snow in El Nogal Rural...!!! We
have made photos in order to share them with you. You can see the snow-covered
landscapes aqui.
March
2003: The adaptation of the lounge in the
rural house "La Zarza" has already been finished.
We hope that you will visit us to share its cosy atmosphere.
June
2003: The new Gymnasium
is now available in La Zarza
Septiembre
2003: The
works of reabilitation of the road which leads to the rural houses are
almost finished. We are sorry of the annoyances caused to our guests during
the accomplishment of the same one. Thanks to this work, the entry to
the lodgings will not pass any more on the level of the train, but will
have a private access from the road.
September
2003: El Nogal Rural continues being Nº1
in the Province of Seville in www.toprural.com
by third consecutive year. Thanks to you!!!
October 2003:
It´snow possible to pay with
credit card.
November
2003: El Nogal Rural offers to its clients,
its new rural house, "La
Casilla". This house is totally renovated and very cosy, it has
had a great welcome between his first inhabitants.
December
2003: .The roadworks
are finished.we are to the delay of the modification of the track of entrance
to the Rural Houses..
