La Zarza
has a capacity of 10-12 persons, is the biggest and oldest farmhouse
of the property. It disposes of the charm of an old rustic farm
while offering the comfort of current technologies to make your
stay the most pleasant possible. La Zarza disposes of the central
heat, three lounges, two fireplaces and five rooms, a gym and a
huge open-bar with swimming pool and barbecue, and a terrace with
a beautiful sight of the counrtyside of Extremadura.

CAPACITY OF THE HOUSE
For groups of 10 people and with possibility of increasing
its capacity to 12 people. The price of the auxiliary one
is of 10.00 € per night and person.
HALL
La Zarza has three living rooms, two in the ground floor and
one at the stage. The largest of them, 35m2, owns a chimney,
sofas, and a large table where can eat 10 people. The second,
also in the ground floor is ideal to spent the evening at
the edge of its chimney. It also has television, Video VHS,
DVD. The last living room is that which is at the stage.
BEDROOMS
La Zarza has 5 dormitories, two with double bed and three
with two individual beds each one. Each room has complete
games of sheets and blankets.
GYMNASIO
40m2 with pin-pong table, musculación apparatuses,
walking tape and games.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is totally equipped.
BATHROOM
With shower, washbasin, toilet and vestidor. An other toilet
is located in the first floor. We make your available games
of towels of cleanliness by person.

With a wonderful panoramic view to the Mountain and the Extremaña
Countryside.
SWIMMING POOL,
MERENDERO WITH SOLARIUM,, BARBECUE, GREEN ZONES
When the weather is good and mainly in summer it is possible
to enjoyed its great merendero barbecue, the swimming pool
and the terrace; even at night because it´s totally
illuminated.

The "Cortijo" has the central heating, electrical
energy (220V), warms and potable water, washing machine.
CHILDREN
The stay is free for children under 2 years old.
